Our Technogym equipment has been carefully selected to ensure a full body workout, suitable for all fitness types.
The First Floor Resistance Gym contains a selection of free weights including a squat rack and bench press. The Ground Floor Studio Gym guarantees a fantastic cardio workout with state-of-the-art machines.

Been loving using the leisure club since it’s beautiful refurb! The new equipment is great, classes are fab and it’s as clean and tidy as it always was!!
Beautiful place to relax and unwind. The new decor is stunning and the makeover of the changing rooms looks crisp and clean. The staff make you feel so welcome especially Debby-she was so attentive and helpful. Can’t wait to go back.
I would highly recommend the Crown if your looking for a leisure club that has friendly staff, a welcoming atmosphere & fantastic facilities.
Everything is always clean and in working order & it’s a great little touch that you get a fluffy towel for after your swim!
All worth the drive from Carlisle I’d say.
Really enjoying using the new facilities at the Crown! Staff always friendly, place always feels fresh and clean and then new gym equipment is great. I have the pleasure of knowing some of the staff members well and there is no denying the amount of work and effort that goes into the club!

Very relaxing. Staff were very nice. Let us have a look around to see everything. Meal at the restaurant was excellent and guys very very nice. Breakfast was excellent as well, waitress was very nice and pleasant. Manager Chris was very nice, spoke to you had time for a chat and asked if everything was OK — excellent place we will be back!
