Wendy provides a great service. She came on a home visit and was very professional and friendly, explaining every step of the process. Very painless, unlike my last time at the doctor’s. Also with the added bonus of her not trying to sell you an earing aid at the end of it,unlike some High Street practitioners.
After suffering with a blocked ear I rang & got an appointment. At the appointment Wendy was great she put me at ease straightaway with her warm welcome, Wendy explained everything she was doing & showed me pictures of my inner ear so I understood what she was talking about.

Wendy came to my house today and made me feel at ease right from the start. She gave a detailed explanation of the process and explained how I would be able to see the inner ear before removal and then afterwards.
